This proposal was for South Carolina State University, a historically African-American college that had recently hosted a presidential debate featuring President Barack Obama. The inset photos and the logos were found on the SCSU official website.  Large graphic elements included a Hubble Space Telescope photo, and a stock photo of hands emphasizing diversity.
